chore(rebase): refresh store/rebase inventory + classification for the 6 post-W0 modules (#2461 close-out)

The W0 map had drifted (174 vs 180 files): cc_loader/sc_loader/mr_loader/mems_loader (FFI kernel membranes → RUST), spine_language (deterministic carve → RUST), __init__ (metadata reads) now carry evidence-backed side records and measured function/line counts. spine_language._classification_sides() — the runtime reader — sees 180 entries; spine battery green.
