2. freeze-manifest claim corrected honestly: NO executable hash-manifest
   exists — implemented mechanism is mtime audit-freshness + post-freeze
   read-only protocol; FREEZE_ENFORCEMENT = PARTIAL recorded in schema/
   report/invariants; R12 correctly skipped (nothing to test);
   detection != prevention; no physical write prevention claimed
- R11 title-prefix collision fixture: PASS all four sub-checks (identical
  first-100 chars + distinct tails -> 2 identities; exact duplicates ->
  1 unique + 1 dup group); identity validator exercised directly
- R1-R10 regression rerun all PASS (R2 with correct well-formed fake row)
- R1_HARNESS_BASELINE_VERSION = 1.0 rev.2 (no new subsystem, version
  unchanged; rev.2 marks finalization)
- CANONICAL_MEMORY_WRITE=0, DERIVED_MEMORY_WRITE=0; safety hold unchanged
