T15: memory_store._embed subprocess curl → urllib.request
T16: token_optimizer + time_awareness — write batching (10 changes / 30s debounce)
T17: cron_engine — shlex.split (no shell=True), list() snapshot, full cron parser
T18: event_envelope — word boundary matching (re.search \b) for all keyword checks
T19: elastic_cognition — _execute_cloud() implemented for MiMo provider, constitution hoisted
T20: cache.py — in-memory hit/miss counters, batched flush, INSERT ON CONFLICT
T21: parallel_processor — indexed futures[i].result() preserves order, added shutdown()
+ Fixed _open_model_selector calling removed _update_results method
