  entity/relation kinds, repo/forge binding with secret redaction at
  save-time (shared core, Spine inherits), Construction Contracts with
  legal-phase-map lifecycle, cross-process resumability, mechanical
  scope check (unknown ≠ green for unscoped contracts), predicted-vs-
  observed closure evidence, authority-preserving drift reconciliation
- Rune Spine attachment: construction provenance via evidence, not
  authority transfer; project internals proven to never leak
- bootstrap contract SCAFFOLD-TRANCHE-001 executed through the system
  it implements: migrated → phased → closed with scope amendment
  (RED preserved in history) → fresh-runtime continuity proven
- umbrellas.json regenerated from Spine after module registration
- docs/SCAFFOLDING.md: Tranche 2 architecture + honest maturity

Tranche tests: 54 new (17 boundary + 37 scaffold); full suite 1386 green;
