feat(identity_anchors): close PARTIAL gaps — dichotomy wave

parity: every missing identity_anchors kernel ported name-preserving into
the cognition_core broker — show_anchors/show_rules/show_pronouns (the
display renderers behind the data-injection seam: table as argument,
Python data stays the runtime authority, exactly the drift_check/
identity_prompt design), the four behavior lattices _announcement_/
_pronoun_/_hedge_/_sycophancy_patterns (embedded JSON snapshots generated
from the frozen truth, replay-verified), _pattern_triples (the real
35-row [pattern, message, prefix] authority: DRIFT 7+3, WEAKNESS 3,
SYCOPHANCY 18, GENUINENESS 4), check_genuineness (performative matching
over the embedded lattice via the shared drift_check kernel), _cc_core
(the probe's pin-decision mirror: python → None, else the core answers),
and identity_handle_hook (the 'default' envelope — growth_delta's
passthrough is its own kernel, handler 'growth_delta').

doc-envelope FFI via cc_free_string (never re-exported); cc_loader pins
argtypes for the 11 new cc_* symbols; facade delegation pinned by
RUNE_COGNITION_CORE=python (the existing gate — _cc_core reads it).

truth: 44 frozen-oracle cases (show stdout captured by the ia_freeze_seams
rig, pure-Python oracle pinned) embedded VERBATIM in identity_battery;
freeze_truth --verify byte-identical; identity_tables/*.json mechanical
snapshots of ANCHORS/EMBODIMENT_RULES/PRONOUN_RULES/SELF_AWARENESS kept
in lockstep by the gen script.

verified: cargo test 60 green (identity_battery 3), clippy --all-targets
-D warnings 0, live parity 88/88 both pins, Python suite 48/48 both pins
(sibling .so overrides), audit identity_anchors 6/14 → 14/14 FULL.

"""check_identity_anchors_parity.py — live parity: identity_anchors facade
under BOTH core pins vs the frozen oracle truth (dichotomy wave).
Per pin (RUNE_COGNITION_CORE=python and unset → Rust via cc_loader) it
replays every frozen case through the LIVE facade. The show fns print
instead of returning, so they run under redirect_stdout (the wrapper
changes only what is RECORDED — the body executed is the facade's, exactly
like the ia_freeze_seams rig). No clock, no files, no seams: the module's
surface is pure determinism.
The _cc_core case is pinned-only: its frozen value (None) is the python-pin
shape; under the Rust pin the probe answers the loader module itself
(non-serializable), so the Rust leg asserts availability instead.
Usage: python3 scripts/check_identity_anchors_parity.py
Exit 0 iff every case matches its frozen expected in BOTH pins.
