Owner-reported: history amputated after the Go core flip (legacy store never imported), thinking absent from history rendering, user bubble bottom row pulled left. Fixes: one-time importer (crash-resumable, proven live), thinking on the conversation wire, rune-count width math + full-box alignment, no-prefix bubbles, ◆ signature on all rune bubbles. PTY/tmux-proven at 110/140 cols.
