## Runner
`rune-pi` runs Gitea Runner 3.3.0 as an unprivileged systemd service. It accepts the repository-scoped `self-hosted` label.

## Master protection
- Direct push: disabled
- Force push: disabled
- Outdated branches: blocked
- Rejected or requested reviews: block merge
- Required context: `CI Pipeline / required-checks (pull_request)`

## Issue taxonomy
Umbrellas: memory, governance, identity, growth, perception, infrastructure, life, custodian. Type and priority labels are added automatically from issue content. Bug and feature labels are mutually exclusive.

## Templates
Feature and bug templates ask what changes, why it matters, umbrella ownership, priority, and acceptance criteria. Pull requests require verification evidence, rollback, documentation, and plain-language review notes.
