- remaining handlers: logged/recorded bodies annotated, bare passes get logger.debug, real-handling bodies get log-first - baseline re-shrunk: 72/31 → 47/31 - TOTAL: 374 → 78 silent handlers (79% reduction), every remaining one either logged or explicitly annotated with its reason - full suite: 2403 passed
