Nick 4db9789dde chore(repo): batch 134 — untrack 74 Go binaries + gitignore build artifacts (#2479, contract BUILDER-2026-10-09T19:23:52Z-409db8) ...

Binaries are CI-built per gate (go build -o /tmp/...) — storing them
bloats every commit and risks stale-binary confusion. Each module dir
keeps go.mod/main.go/truth*.json + *_test.go only. Verified: forge-client
rebuilds from source and replays 12/12 after the sweep.
