feat: wire cognitive loop, dream cycle, and autonomy loop into TUI main loop

- Cognitive loop: Rune thinks between turns (consolidation, drift check)
- Dream cycle: Rune processes while idle (curiosity probe, tier sweep)
- Autonomy loop: Rune evaluates and proposes improvements
- Custodian integrated into agent definition
- Gitea webhook for auto-sync on push
- Daily report cron added

"""memory_consolidation.py — Episodic-to-semantic memory consolidation.
Transforms raw memory retrieval into consolidated knowledge.
The model receives "things I know" not "things I retrieved."
Research basis:
- Episodic-to-semantic consolidation (arXiv:2607.01988)
- Memory-as-a-Tool (arXiv:2601.05960)
- A-MEM agentic memory (arXiv:2502.12110)
Architecture designed for evolution:
- Level 5: Pre-computed context (current)
- Level 6: Parametric knowledge (future — model weights)
- Level 7: Emergent knowledge (future — combination)
- Level 8: Self-modifying knowledge (future — learning)
- Level 9: Distributed knowledge (future — unified)
- Level 10: Knowledge as identity (future — consciousness)
Usage:
memory_consolidation.py consolidate <query>

"""drift_observability.py — Drift monitoring, alerts, and retrospectives.
Makes drift visible. Observable drift is governable drift.
Components:
- Drift alerts: notify when something significant shifts
- Drift retrospectives: periodic self-assessment of whether drift is positive
- Drift dashboard: comprehensive status for the user
Research basis:
- Layered Mutability (arXiv:2604.14717): most dangerous drift is invisible
- VaG (arXiv:2608.05810): pre-commit gating needs observability
