+
+1. Read applicable `AGENTS.md` rules and the repo's PR/merge workflow.
+2. Confirm the issue, exact diff, target branch, and permission to publish and land.
+3. Keep one small, reversible change; preserve unrelated work.
+4. For bugs, follow `docs/bugfix-contract.md`: red test first, root cause, discharge.
+5. Run required tests, static analysis, canaries, and henxels; record results.
+6. Get independent `/review` per `docs/adversarial-review.md`; clear blockers.
+7. Inspect remotes; publish the PR to the approved forge, never `local`.
+8. Require human approval and green required CI on the exact PR head; recheck changed heads.
