The system caught its own author: (1) adding the dichotomy henxel made the AGENTS.md digest stale (henxels sync + commit); (2) the ratchet-bites test referenced bare 'ruff' with no resolver — NameError on CI where ruff lives only in .ci-venv. Shared _resolve_ruff() helper (interpreter env first, PATH fallback, FileNotFoundError with install hint). 5/5 contract tests.	2026-10-10 15:54:37 +01:00
Nick	4f31741ac6	fix(ci): four unit/lint gates repaired — spine store staleness, date time bomb, lint ledger, digest ... 1. spine store rebuilt (d8ce21b-era classification + cc_loader/memory_consolidation relationships) — rebuild-neutrality test now passes against the CURRENT map. 2. DATE-TIME BOMB (test_warm_base_level_math_and_gather): base_level_activation used the real clock against fixed fixture rows; three days of decay crossed the -2.0 clamp and broke the test with no code change. Fix: optional now_iso seam (no-clock law, backward-compatible default), test pins NOW_ISO. Discovered via live probe: the oracle returned exactly -2.0 under the real clock. 3. LINT LEDGER (+1 BLE001 from 3c79a0a consolidation kernel): _core() probe except annotated per the compliant-handler spec (kernel-unavailable degrades to the Python oracle). conductor	cba9045982	auto-label: any declared kind is authoritative; absorption is the filing standard ... Two defects in one pass: 1. The spine-parsing fix from d96b89b only matched kind: bug|feature|research. Epic spines (kind: epic) fell through to the keyword heuristic, which re-added 'bug' to epics whose bodies mention fixes (observed live on #181/#284 — label respawned within 30s of removal). Now ANY declared kind is authoritative: recognized kinds map to labels, any other declared kind (epic, ...) gets NO type label and NO guessing. Keywords only apply to pre-template issues with no spine. 2. Standard: one open note per idea. Parked ideas live as absorbed checklist items in their parent epic; standalone issues only for live work. Applied today: #175 absorbed #176-#179; #181 absorbed #182/#183 + watchlist #164-#166. Reconciliation artifact updated for all nine closures. Custodian create_issue and AGENTS.md now carry the standard so future filing follows it.	2026-09-19 16:42:55 +01:00

Seeds the pipeline with the REAL #192 CONVERGED case-mismatch payload: the safety-net convergence step exported Python-cased True/False from json.load while the steps compared env.CONVERGED == 'false' — both conditionals unreachable (discharged on the release-safety-net branch, public in PR #211's diff). Captured via the pipeline itself (--class env-case-mismatch --source ci, 0 redactions — the payload is already public and credential-free). The generated regression test asserts the boolean-export checker still FLAGS the recorded payload (checker_expectation: flags), so a recurrence of the class fails CI. Manifest gains checker_expectation: capture records whether the class's checker raises on the payload ('flags' — the raise IS the recurrence alarm) or must stay quiet ('passes'); the generated tests enforce the recorded expectation, so a checker that stops catching its recorded defect rots the suite red. Docs: bugfix-contract §10 gains the operational capture step + explicit trivial-bug exemption list; README dev section points at the pipeline; tests/fixtures/production/README.md documents the flow. Henxels: capture_failure.py required in scripts/; production fixtures governed (manifest.json + README.md required); payload.json and manifest.json travel together (changed_with both directions, verified to bite on a payload-only staged change).	2026-09-07 19:51:36 +01:00
