Migrate 22 malformed contract-discovery IDs to construction-surface, retain evidence/edges, keep candidates DECLARED, unify cold/warm language projection, and refresh the pinned aiohttp lock. Nick	4df1f6f23f	feat(release): evidence-derived release history + T8 evidence correction (SCAFFOLD-TRANCHE-009) ... - release_notes.py: deterministic extraction from governed records → structured ReleaseNote → Markdown → Gitea API. Idempotent (PATCH update for existing tags — never duplicates). Version/tag/release-commit/ converged-deployed-identity distinction exposed honestly (§6). - §24F unsupported-claim filter: extras AND extracted facts pass the same exclusion surface — the retracted T8 close-refusal claim cannot enter generated notes (test-proven). - §1/§23: T8 evidence correction recorded with full provenance (original claim, correction, reason, evidence); process-defect:unsupported- causal-claim logged. MiMo maturity survives on supported evidence only. - §18 backfill: 0.66.35→0.66.43 published from closed-contract release_evidence records, marked historical backfill. Pre-0.66.35 skipped (weak evidence — honest limitation). - §19: 0.66.44 notes published to real Gitea (release 89): tag commit f86b2d1eec vs final deployed d84060cc02 distinction, capabilities improvement, bounded MiMo adoption proof (corrected basis), lock-drift fix, external-project limitation. - Gitea 400-tolerance: plain-text error bodies handled (actual behavior, not assumed GitHub semantics). Nick	eb2f1a3e0e	feat(scaffolding): construction substrate — shared structural store, Project Scaffold, Construction Contracts (SCAFFOLD-TRANCHE-001) ... - structural_store.py: generic primitives extracted from spine.py — zero Rune constants (grep-gated boundary tests); Spine behavior-neutral (68 tests + identical-structure rebuild proof) - scaffold.py: Project Scaffold over the shared core — open-world entity/relation kinds, repo/forge binding with secret redaction at save-time (shared core, Spine inherits), Construction Contracts with legal-phase-map lifecycle, cross-process resumability, mechanical scope check (unknown ≠ green for unscoped contracts), predicted-vs- observed closure evidence, authority-preserving drift reconciliation - Rune Spine attachment: construction provenance via evidence, not authority transfer; project internals proven to never leak - bootstrap contract SCAFFOLD-TRANCHE-001 executed through the system it implements: migrated → phased → closed with scope amendment (RED preserved in history) → fresh-runtime continuity proven - umbrellas.json regenerated from Spine after module registration - docs/SCAFFOLDING.md: Tranche 2 architecture + honest maturity Tranche tests: 54 new (17 boundary + 37 scaffold); full suite 1386 green; henxels rc=0. Nick	7f47969128	feat(scaffolding): V1 tranche 1 — projection engine over existing authorities ... scripts/scaffold_projection.py derives per-component cards (subsystem, dependencies, consumers, mirrors, proof obligations + evidence state) from the umbrella manifest, canary registry, AST import graph (incl. relative lazy imports), and tests/ filesystem. No new authority: projections only. docs/SCAFFOLDING.md records the mechanism audit (KEEP/EVOLVE/REPLACE/RETIRE) and the real-change proof on the context-discovery fix.	2026-09-12 11:15:42 +01:00
