CLOSED — all three protocol additions delivered and proven.

(1) PER-CONTRACT MINI-DOC (commits 0f9fca2 + the lint fixes, contract BUILDER-2026-10-08T13:30:04Z-3dbb44 walked draft→closed):

construction_projection.write_mini_doc emits a markdown quick-lookup page per closed contract into store/scaffold/docs/<contract_id>.md — What was built / What it connects to / How to update those connections / Evidence trail. One page per landed unit; no JSON excavation.
Wired best-effort into BOTH close paths (transition('closed') and close()) — the mini_doc path rides the close envelope; a writer failure degrades to WRITE_FAILED and never fails a real closure.
Affected surface read from the contract entity's real keys (ext.affected_paths → decision_trace.affected_surfaces.affected_paths). The #41 root-depth lesson re-applied (parents[2], not parents[1]).
tests/test_contract_minidoc.py 3/3; construction family 184/184; lint ratchet PASS.

(2) SPINE WRITE-BACK — landed and proven: spine_language.py carries _apply_contract_discoveries (closure-audit observed entities flow into the spine rebuild via the CANDIDATE-correction path → modeled entities), wired into spine.build(); 9/9 spine_language tests + the new pin in test_contract_minidoc.py.

(3) LANGUAGE VERDICTS — landed and proven: _place_languages stamps every spine entity with a language verdict per the GO/RUST/TUI-LAST dichotomy (subsystems inherit member consensus); wired into spine.build(); covered by the same test families.
