fetcher; live read returns the full board.
- #125: tests/test_epic_umbrellas.py::Test125 — the decomposition's
migrate-adapter end state proven: ContextBroker contributors own
model-facing context (operator registers adapters only), archive-candidate
mechanisms removed, model resolution delegates; adapter block <200 lines.
- #284: instruments end-to-end (scorecard, wiring status, route acceptance)
— all ADAPT children #294-#301 CLOSED.
