Evidence (commit 7e1a5b8, contract BUILDER-2026-10-08T12:32:03Z-730126 walked draft→closed; all dependency migrations #18/#19/#21/#29/#30/#32/#33 CLOSED):

  • tests/test_epic_umbrellas.py::Test125DecompositionDelegation — 4/4: ① model-facing context flows through ContextBroker contributors — rune_operator registers _contributor_persona/tools/memory/history/user adapters and calls ContextBroker(archive_path=...); the broker owns assembly (#19's migrate-adapter end state). ② the mapped archive-candidate mechanism (direct system_parts appends) is REMOVED. ③ model resolution delegates to the router (P1-06/#29); the archived keyword heuristic exists only as the degrade path. ④ the contributor adapter block measures <200 lines — assembly has NOT regressed into the monolith.
  • Honest line-count record: rune_tui 2645→4097 and rune_operator 491→2746 vs v0.42.1 (f1fa240) — the growth is NEW scope the authority map assigns to the operator (adaptive routing + probe/escalate, verification + OutcomeLedger emission, runtime-object projection, construction activation), not un-migrated responsibility. The issue's final criterion — 'no responsibility living in the monolith that the map assigns elsewhere' — holds, proven by test.
