Runs 690/695/700/784 all failed at the auto-bump step with "src refspec master does not match any": Actions checks out a detached HEAD (merge commit), so git push origin master has no local master ref to push. Fix: push HEAD:master and authenticate by injecting GITEA_TOKEN into the remote URL. No other release semantics changed.
