Conflict resolution and integration

Resolved all four conflicts as additive unions, including the two named in the dispatch and the additional umbrella/closure conflicts. CloseResult retains W4 absorption plus W3 contract-quality and iteration-closure evidence. Both open-world document.json regressions, latest-relationship-state-wins, bounded frontier levels, and independent observed-impact coverage remain executable; no assertions were deleted. Native approval now preserves W4 authority frontiers, and NDJSON/store I/O lives in the registered native_io.rs adapter. Native-path fixture and metadata repairs preserve the original behavioral assertions.

Each door is checked for both a feature and a small fix. Refusals are typed and negative-effect assertions prove no filesystem, git, or executor mutation. Small fixes have no exemption, and bound-versus-newer-active tests reject latest-active substitution (CONTRACT_REQUIRED / CONTRACT_LANE_MISMATCH).

b. NATIVE TWO-MODEL REPLAY — PASS

On the final head, Kimi k3.1-pro at https://api.kimi.ai/coding/v1 and Verboo glm-5.3-flash at https://code.verboo.ai/router/v1 each pass all six held-out scenarios through the native Go backend with zero semantic diffs and mutation proof PASS. The final reports and logs are byte-identical across providers (SHA-256 540746d47b46c1a9e786c53ab92bed260c4356d5a1d62c4927d47fe2248ffa64). Evidence: verification/model-replay/2026-10-26-native-two-model-parity.json and *-native-final.json/.txt. Earlier transient 429 and anticipated-stop attempts are preserved in the evidence rather than hidden; bounded retry and prompt tests were added. c. HUMAN-ADOPTABILITY — PASS

TestW6NativeSelfChangeHumanAdoptabilityAndFreshResume builds a real temporary project through Need → decision → contract → gated artifacts → independent verification/review → supervised close. It contains source and tests, README install/run/usage instructions, a structural ADR, changelog evidence, and no newly introduced unlinked TODO/FIXME/XXX. Unittest, pytest, and Rust evidence execute for real; pre-close and final project commits leave a clean tree. Evidence: verification/w6/native-self-change.json and native-self-change-attempt3.txt.

d. FRESH-PROCESS RESUME — PASS

Separate Go and Python processes recover lifecycle phase/status closed, full durable scope, native binding, verification/review-backed closure, and capability:w6-demo as EXERCISED/AUTO_JOINED. A fresh Need resolves REUSE and the viewer preserves capability state; the project remains clean after all reads. A dedicated resume operation also has unit coverage without ambient store environment.
