feat(bench): #44 CLOSED — RuneBench v0.1 (contract BUILDER-2026-10-08T11:25:21Z-1497c5)
8 task families × 4 conditions (fresh model / fresh Rune / experienced
Rune / experienced-no-memory), offline fixtures for the CI gate + live
Ollama mode for real measurement. Deltas (not vibes): C−B experience
advantage, C−D memory contribution. #45/#46/#47 unblocked. 6/6 green.

"""runebench.py — #44: RuneBench v0.1, the controlled-task benchmark.
8 task families × 4 conditions. Each task: a fixture (prompt + context),
an expected-answer predicate, and a scorer. Offline mode runs against
recorded fixtures (the CI gate — no live model needed); live mode runs
against Ollama for real measurement.
Conditions:
A. naked/fresh model baseline (no Rune at all)
B. fresh Rune (no accumulated state)
C. experienced Rune (full state)
D. experienced Rune with memory/skills disabled (ablation control)
Output: per-condition score table + deltas between conditions.
