Native retries: OUTWARD (schema-variant normalization), ADVERSARIAL
(stuck process → retry succeeded), SYNTHESIS (2 REFINE_SYNTHESIS loops).
Also fixes OUTWARD artifact resolution: the file-channel path now uses
_resolve_worker_artifact (shared helper) instead of a bespoke check,
so prose-stdout + valid file works correctly (the #165 GATE_RETRY pattern).
1179+ tests pass (baseline suite unchanged).
