App CSS loads border-left/-right/-top/-bottom and outline per-sides fine);
the canary_tui_drift allowlist simply lacked them, so WorkPane's
border-left: solid $secondary failed CI (run 764). Adds the 8 per-side
properties; full drift canary 32/32, suite 526+84 green.
