Plan committed on branch p1-07-work-pane: work pane (third column, Ctrl+3 toggle) + the full typed object set (MemoryQuery, Observation, VerificationResult, Outcome — additive to the existing ToolRequest/ToolEvent) + operator emission points + 9 frozen tests. Tool widgets stay in the chat log (narrative view); the work pane is the operational index. No chain-of-thought anywhere. Outcome shape designed to feed #33's OutcomeLedger directly.

Delivered (P1-07): five typed first-class runtime objects (MemoryQuery, Observation, VerificationResult, Outcome + envelope) with round-trips; operator emission points for broker memory queries, verification results, task outcomes (incl. failed + approval-resumed turns), degraded subsystems, compaction; WorkPane as third collapsible column (Ctrl+3, active-channel scoped, bounded at 120 entries, newest-first by event id); docs/runtime-objects.md; authority-map entries; canary registered same-commit.

Governed pipeline evidence:

  • TDD red-green: 9 frozen tests + 3 quality-discharge tests; suite 526 passed + 84 subtests (baseline 513), zero regressions
  • Independent spec gate: PASS (3 minors, non-blocking); independent quality gate: Approved with all 3 Importants discharged red-first (2ac2c5e: I-1 straight-read verification link, I-2 approval-resume emission via shared _attach_runtime_objects, I-3 pane cap + channel scoping)
