The v1 Course Correction epic (Sovereign Adaptive Runtime) enumerated the direction: adaptive routing, sovereign identity, evidence-grounded memory, contract-governed construction. Every pillar now exists as shipped, CI-verified machinery rather than a course to steer:

  • Adaptive: adaptive_router (Go parity f8118a3), route acceptance tests, research budgets, evidence capsules (#294-#301 all closed).
  • Sovereign identity: persona as broker bucket-0 contributor, identity_anchors, behavior doctrine (#1 closed).
  • Memory: the R2/Phase G programmes (memory_storage/retrieval kernels in Rust, authority-switched; recall pipeline Go end-to-end).
  • Governed construction: the absolute scaffolding protocol + contract lifecycle in production (#259's disposition).
