CLOSED PROGRAMMATICALLY — commit 299ae4e (contract BUILDER-2026-10-08T11:04:31Z-55ae38). paths.py centralizes all environment paths (repo_root/crate_dir/deploy_root/rune_home/harness_scripts/wait_resume_dir, all with env overrides); 13 hardcoded literals collapsed; the behavior/behaviour_ledger twins are DISTINCT modules (pinned by test, not collapsed). The no-hardcoded-literals gate fails the build on any new literal. 3/3 green.
