What is this about: The final scorecard: run 2-3 fixes, 2 standard features, and 2 high-uncertainty tasks through the adaptive pipeline and measure route accuracy, time, and avoided waste.

Why do we need it: This is the evidence that earns the adaptive framework its provisional ratification.

Why is it still open: Not started; depends on nearly everything else in the ADAPT arc.

  • Report covers: route accuracy, unnecessary research avoided, necessary escalations caught, wall time

Minimum real comparison: 2–3 local bug fixes; 2 normal established-pattern features; 2 high-uncertainty/new architecture tasks.

Report: route accuracy; unnecessary research avoided; necessary escalation caught; downgrades; wall time; model calls; tokens; tool calls; retries; source-read quality; false premises caught; implementation corrections; CI/acceptance outcome; human intervention. Each optimization receives KEEP/TUNE/REMOVE.

Ratify only if: throughput materially improves; no material quality regression; high-risk path retains provenance/adversarial value; native forge/merge boundary healthy; all blocking ratification limitations closed or explicitly re-ratified as accepted constraints.
