A generated report of what is actually wired up and running

What is this about: A generated report showing which subsystems are actually wired up and running — not a hand-maintained list that drifts from reality.

Why do we need it: Keeps architecture claims honest: if something is deliberately disconnected, the report proves it rather than someone's memory.

Why is it still open: CLOSED — superseded: the work was formally re-registered under #315 (ADAPT-1 B2-v2), which carries this scope verbatim.

What would let us close this

  • See #315 — it owns the close conditions

Version impact (declared at submission — verified at merge)

  • major — breaking: changes a contract, schema, or interface others depend on
  • minor — new capability: something becomes possible that wasn't
  • patch — repair: same behaviour, done correctly
  • none — touches no released artifact (docs, memory, process notes)

Technical details (original description, preserved)

Original issue body

Plain summary (EXTERNAL_PROJECT_LESSONS_HANDOFF §4, Mnemosyne 'partially wired' honesty)

Make architectural claims machine-checkable. Generate (from code/registries — NOT manually maintained) a report:

Subsystem Defined Live caller Causal path Tests Canary Benchmark

Initial targets

ContextBroker; CapabilityBroker; AttentionCapsule; OutcomeLedger; warm-neuron learning; abstraction; self-model; skills; CognitiveLoop; DreamCycle; AutonomyLoop; model routing; permissions; event/episodic stores.

Acceptance

  • The report identifies at least one deliberately disconnected test subsystem as not-live/not-causal (demonstrated)
  • Generated from import graphs/registries — no hand-maintained truth
  • Emitted in CI or on demand (/wiring style)

⚠️ Priority gate: this issue has no priority. Assign exactly one of P0 — critical (spine/correctness/blocks), P1 — high (material value or real defect), P2 — medium (quality/consolidation), P3 — low (measurement/deferred). An issue without a priority is not filed.

Plain summary — why this closed

This note was an old copy of a shopping list. The job was re-registered under #315 (ADAPT-1 B2-v2), which carries this scope verbatim — keeping both copies would risk doing the job twice.
